We came to visit Senukai and do research for the store of Kaunas.We are working for products line under OEM brand Vegner SDH for European customer.Assortment of Vegner SDH includes all kinds of drill bit. Such as Cobalt drill bit, SDS hammer drill bit.
Masonry drill bit, Rock drill bit. and the 13/15/19/25pcs drill bit set for DIY home user. Since 2015 we continuousely upgrade the leval of quality. A new brand will be output for Senukai for future store sales, which will help business as a new growing point and to increase the margin of business.

Vegner plastic drill bit set which is good matched with color of blue style, which is suitable for home user. Modified icon for label for logo of Vagner makes a better looking and attration. We looked carefully in the store about all the products which made in Sutek. Among brands BOSCH, Makita, Forte Tools, Vagner SDH, the sales quotation would be the highest of Bosch, then Makita, Forte Tools , the Vegner SDH which is provided by Sutek. We know that our quality level is not the best but 
they are ok for DIY home user. But our sales quotation is too low to market. But the truth is that quality level is different from the Made in Germany. That's why we talk with cusotmer later in the office about this topic with a large words indeed.
In order to make a unify color for brand marketing. We have been working very hard in every details of controling for the packing. Because the MOQ is not very high from Senukai, but still we promise every branded items with the logo.

In the store, I was watching in the store and found that a lot of buyers profer to have a look big brand such as Bosch and Makita then looked at a bit for Vegner SDH, from that kinds peoples almost half of them finally to buy Bosch, the rest of half user buy Vegner SDH becuase this brands are with lower too much and also because drill bit under Vegner SDH are always working to fill the ready stock. I asked the stiff of store" how is Vegner SDH goes" the stiff replied" SDS hammer drill bit, wood drill bit and other referencs are selling good because they are selling very cheap and the quality not that bad but not high quality" I go on asking "How is the feeback from the user, like how many holes will the SDS hammer drill bit for the stone" 

The stiff got back to me that" normally in the brick they can work till 100 and 200 holes it depends, but there is other possible that , few peoples will not care about it becuase they are selling really cheap". The end i asked" is there any things for us to improve" He replied" yes the only point for the auger bit, the packing problems is that the blue hat for two head is easier droping, so the drill bit something drop for the bigger sizes. The end i shaked hand with that young man. it was a very good survey for the end a meeting we had in office of the Headquater. And it is very good foundation for the meeting that we were mainly for whether we should have to use the higher leverl of quality from Sutek.

From the survey of the store of Senukai, we make a conclution that

 Vegner OEM since 2015, goes to be very sucessful, we develop more than 200 items in series project of drill bit & saw blade.
 In order to work towards being successful.The BSCI sertificated is the must for project.
 OEM Cases since 2010, it goes to be sucessful in SDS hammer Drill bit and Masonry drill Bit.
 Increasing the quality level is more and more important.
